Shaw, Wiltshire (Deserted Village)
Shaw (sometimes known as Old Shaw) is a deserted mediæval village near West Overton, Wiltshire. It is believed to have been abandoned in the early 15th century but has been little studied. The First Edition OS maps label it as 'Old Shaw'. Shaw Farm is an early 19th-century Flemish brick house with a slate roof. It is within the council area of Wiltshire.

Shaw's Corner, Hertfordshire (Literary Heritage)
Shaw's Corner is a former rectory which was the home of playwright George Bernard Shaw from 1906 until his death in 1950, located in Ayot St Lawrence, Hertfordshire. Shaw wrote many of his major works in a secluded, home-built revolving hut located at the bottom of the garden. The house is in the care of the National Trust. It is within the council area of Welwyn Hatfield (Hertfordshire).
