Yarm, Yorkshire
Yarm is a small town in Yorkshire, in the North Riding. It lies on the south bank of the River Tees. The oldest part of the town around High Street is situated in a loop of the Tees. Several newer estates lie to the south of the old town. The Hugh Street is notable for its Georgian-style old buildings, with their red pantile roofs. It is within the council area of Stockton-on-Tees.
