Wrexham Cathedral, Denbighshire
Wrexham Cathedral (Cathedral Church of Our Lady of Sorrows), often known as St Mary's Cathedral, is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Wrexham, Denbighshire. It is the seat of the Bishop of Wrexham. The church dates from 1857. Its architect, Edward Welby Pugin, adopted a 14th-century Decorated Gothic style. It became a cathedral in 1907. It is within the council area of Wrexham.
