Wrexham, Denbighshire
Wrexham is a city in Denbighshire. It is found to the east of the Welsh mountains, close to the county border with Cheshire. As the largest town in North Wales, Wrexham is a major centre of the region's commercial, retail and educational infrastructure. It was granted city status on 1 September 2022 to mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. The city is within the council area of Wrexham.
