Woodley, Berkshire

Woodley is a town in Berkshire. It is contiguous with the urban area around Reading. Woodley developed from the 1930s, following the formation of Miles Aircraft Ltd. Douglas Bader lost his legs in a flying accident on the airfield in 1931. The town is within the council area of Wokingham.
