Wolverton, Buckinghamshire
Wolverton is a town in Buckinghamshire. The current town developed as a railway town in the early 19th century, to the south-east of the original village of Wolverton which was deserted from the 17th century. Since the 1970s Wolverton has formed a constituent town of the new town of Milton Keynes though it retains a distinct identity. The town is within the council area of Milton Keynes.
