Willowfield is an urban area in east Belfast, County Down. It is within the townland of Ballymacarret, in the civil parish of Knockbreda. The area was developed from the late 19th century and named after "Willowfield," a residence that formerly stood on the Woodstock Road. Willowfield Parish Church (C of I) opened in 1872. The area is within the council area of Belfast.
