Wick, Hampshire
Wick is a village in Hampshire. It lies on the south bank of the River Stour, just short of the Stour's entry into Christchurch Harbour. The village has many historic buildings, including Riverside Cottage, a high-pitched thatched cottage adjoining Wick Ferry, and Wick House, a substantial red-brick property probably built in the late 18th century. The village is now contiguous with Southbourne to its south-west. It is within the council area of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole
