Whispering Knights, Oxfordshire
The Whispering Knights is a Neolithic dolmen (burial tomb), part of the Rollright Stones complex, in Oxfordshire. Four standing stones survive, forming a chamber around a fifth recumbent stone, probably the collapsed roof capstone. The other monuments which comprise the Rollright Stones are the King's Men stone circle (Oxfordshire) and the King Stone monolith (Warwickshire). The dolmen is within the council area of West Oxfordshire (Oxforshire).
