Westbrook, Kent

Westbrook is a seaside area in the west of Margate, Kent. The Royal Sea Bathing Hospital was founded in 1791 by Dr John Coakley Lettsom and pioneered the use of open-air treatment for patients with non-pulmonary tuberculosis. All Saints Church dates from 1894. The area is within the council area of Thanet (Kent).
