West Heath, Kent
West Heath is a suburban village in Kent. West Heath House was built (in the west of Lessness Heath) in the early 19th century for Sir Samuel Hulse, aide-de-camp to the Prince Regent. The village developed from 1878 when several large villas were built on part of the grounds of West Heath House. Further developments followed into the mid 20th century. West Heath is now contiguous with Belvedere to its east. The village is within the council area of Bexley.
