Walbury Camp, Hampshire / Berkshire
Walbury Camp is an Iron Age hillfort on Walbury Hill on the border of Hampshire and Berkshire. It encloses around 80 acres and is trapezoidal with a single bank and ditch. It has a south-east and a north-west entrance, both of which lie along an ancient trackway (now known as the Wayfarer's Walk) which forms the Hampshire-Berkshire border here, the camp lying roughly half in each county. It is within the council area of West Berkshire.
