Ulster Hall, Antrim
Ulster Hall is a Victorian concert hall in Belfast, County Antrim. It is within the townland of Town Parks, in the civil parish of Shankill. It was designed by William J. Barre for the Ulster Hall Company and opened in 1862. It was purchased by the Belfast Corporation in 1902 and has been used as a public hall since. The Mulholland Grand Organ, built by William Hill and Son, is one of the oldest surviving examples of a functioning classic English pipe organ. In 1902, local artist Joseph W. Carey was commissioned to produce thirteen scenes from Belfast history on canvas. The hall is within the council area of Belfast.
