Ufton Court, Berkshire

Ufton Court is a 16th-century country house near Ufton Nervet, Berkshire. A small mediæval manor named Ufton Pole originally stood on the site. In 1568, the house was bought by Lady Marvyn who considerably altered and enlarged the house and renamed it 'Ufton Court'. Ufton Court is now the home of the Ufton Court Educational Trust. It is within the council area of West Berkshire.
