Twitchen Barrows are two prehistoric bowl barrows situated on the summit of Twitchen Ridge, Devon. The western barrow survives as a circular mound measuring up to 35ft in diameter and 4ft high. The eastern barrow survives as a circular mound measuring up to 70ft in diameter and 4ft high. The monument is within the council area of North Devon (Devon).
