MenuTrooperslane, Antrim
Trooperslane is a hamlet in County Antrim. It is within the townland of West Division, in the civil parish of Carrickfergus. The hamlet developed following the opening of Trooperslane Railway Station, named from the lane on which it lay, in 1848. Trooperslane National School (now ruined) was opened shortly afterwards, though the development of housing in the area did not follow until the 20th century. The hamlet is within the council area of Mid and East Antrim.
