Tregarden is an Elizabethan manor house near St Mabyn, Cornwall. The house was built by the Barrett family, with a significant renovation occurring in 1631 to coincide with the marriage of William Godolphin to the Barrett heiress. The house is built to a traditional E-shaped Elizabethan plan, and is a two-storey house built of rubble stone with a regular slate roof. The house became a farmhouse by the 1820s. The interior contains several original features, including a main hall with a 17th-century fireplace and plasterwork depicting the arms of the Barrett and other families. Into the 21st century it has remained a private home belonging to the Tremayne family. It is within the council area of Cornwall.
