Tregantle Fort, Cornwall

Tregantle Fort is a 19th-century fort near Antony, Cornwall. It is one of several forts surrounding Plymouth that were built as a result of Lord Palmerston's decision to deter the French from attacking naval bases on the Channel coast. It is within the council area of Cornwall.
