Trefechan, Brecknockshire

Trefechan is a village situated above the Taf Fechan in the south of Brecknockshire. The village was designed in 1947 by Arthur J. Hayes and Gordon H. Griffiths as a self-contained council estate. It was built on the estate of Vaynor House, which was demolished during the construction. The village is within the council area of Merthyr Tydfil.
