Tredegar House, Monmouthshire
Tredegar House is a Charles-II era country house mansion in Newport, Monmouthshire. For over five hundred years it was home to the Morgan family, later Lords Tredegar. It has been described by John Newman (The Buildings of Wales) as "the grandest and most exuberant country house in Monmouthshire". It is in the care of the National Trust. It is within the council area of Newport.
