Tottenham High Cross is an urban area in the town of Tottenham, Middlesex. The area is named from the cross itself, which was erected on a low summit on Ermine Street (now Tottenham High Road) sometime between 1600-1609 by Owen Wood, Dean of Armagh. It replaced a wooden wayside cross first mentioned in 1409. The cross was erected just north of The Green, at what is sometimes considered to be the earliest site of the village of Tottenham. The area is within the council area of Haringey.
