The Pepperbox, Wiltshire

The Pepperbox (aka Eyre's Folly) is an early 17th-century folly tower that stands near the summit of Pepperbox Hill in Wiltshire. Built in 1606 by Giles Eyre, the folly is a three-storey hexagonal tower constructed of brick. The tower and the hillside are in the care of the National Trust. It is within the council area of Wiltshire.
