The Mount is a Norman motte castle in Stebbing, Essex. It includes a circular earthern mound around 225ft in diameter at its base, 50ft in diameter at its summit and about 45ft in height. Surrounding the motte is a waterfilled moat. The monument is within the council area of Uttlesford (Essex).
