The Bulwarks, Gloucestershire

The Bulwarks is an Iron Age bank and ditch on Minchinhampton Common, Gloucestershire. The linear bank is 33ft to 40ft wide and about 5ft high. A ditch 33ft wide and about 4ft deep runs parallel to the bank. Excavations in 1937 found pottery suggesting a Late Iron Age date. The monument is within the council area of Stroud (Gloucestershire).
