The Bishop's House, Lincolnshire

The Bishop's House is a historic house in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, in the Parts of Lindsey. It dates from the late 13th century, was altered in the early 16th, early and late 18th and early and mid 19th centuries. It is timber framed and brick, with stucco on the south and east front and has a plain tile roof with single gable stacks and two valley and single side wall stacks. It was the official residence of the Bishop of Lincoln from 1948 to 2011. It is within the council area of Lincoln (Lincolnshire).
