The Allotment, Northumberland

The Allotment is a former hamlet which is now an urban locality in the south of the village of Shiremoor, Northumberland. The Allotment' was built around 1820. The original Allotment houses were demolished under a 1960’s slum clearance scheme. The area is within the council area of North Tyneside.
