Team Valley, Durham

Team Valley is a trading estate in Gateshead, County Durham. The estate was developed in the 1930s and officially opened by King George VI on 22nd February 1939. The name is taken from the River Team which runs directly through the centre of the trading estate, hidden in a culvert. The estate is within the council area of Gateshead.
