Tap o' Noth, Aberdeenshire
Tap o' Noth is an Iron Age hillfort on the hill of the same name, located near Rhynie, Aberdeenshire. The Iron Age hillfort is one of the largest in Scotland, consisting of 52 acres enclosed by a stone rampart. More than 100 house platforms have been recorded between the rampart and a massive wall that further protects the hill's summit. It is within the council area of Aberdeenshire.
