Talbot Green is a town in Glamorgan, located in the Ely Valley, just to the south-west of Llantrisant. The town was, until the second half of the 20th century, a small village known as Talbot Road. Talbot Green has two large retail parks, Glamorgan Vale retail park and Talbot Green shopping park. The town is within the council area of Rhondda Cynon Taf.
