Stock Brook, Lancashire

Stock Brook is an urban area in Chadderton, Lancashire. The area takes its name from a local stream, the Stock Brook. Stock Brook Mill dated from 1791 and was demolished in 1895. The Stock Brook area saw significant expansion during the late 19th century cotton boom. It is within the council area of Oldham.
