St Kenelm's Well, Gloucestershire
St Kenelm's Well is a holy well near Winchcombe, Gloucestershire. St Kenelm was a Saxon King and Martyr. This is one of a series of springs which reputedly arose when the saint's body was rested on the way to his shrine. The Well House was originally built around 1549 and rebuilt / restored in 1887. A carving of the saint is seen over the doorway. It is within the council area of Tewkesbury (Gloucestershire).
