St John's, Kent
St John's (or St Johns) is an urban area in the south of Deptford, Kent. The area was laid out by the Lucas family from the mid 19th century and was initially known as Deptford New Town (or Newtown). St John's Church was built in 1855 and the area has since become known by the name of the church. It is within the council area of Lewisham.
