St Faith's Priory, Norfolk

St Faith's Priory is a former Benedictine monastery at Horsham St Faith, Norfolk. The monastery was founded at Kirkscroft in Horsford in 1105 by Robert Fitz-Walter and Sybil his wife, as a dependent priory of Conques Abbey in Midi-Pyrénées. The site in Horsford proved unsatisfactory, and the foundation moved to Horsham. It was dissolved in 1536. The church and other buildings are no longer extant but the refectory (or frater) was converted into a house and survives as Abbey Farmhouse. It is within the council area of Broadland (Norfolk).
Historic England Scheduled Monument 1003933.
