St Denys, Hampshire
St Denys is a former hamlet that is now an urban area in Southampton, Hampshire, lying alongside the River Itchen. The area is named after the 12th-century St Denys Priory, of which little survives. St Denys remained a small hamlet until the land was developed for housing from the mid 19th century. It is within the council area of Southampton.
