South Side Mount, Yorkshire

South Side Mount is a prehistoric round barrow near Rudston, Yorkshire, in the East Riding. It is visible as a circular mound measuring about 95ft in diameter. Excavations in 1877 found more than 20 cremations and burials including that of a child and a female in wood-lined pit. The monument is within the council area of East Riding of Yorkshire.
