Smallhythe Place is an early 16th-century half-timbered house in Small Hythe, Kent. It was the home of the Victorian actress Ellen Terry from 1899 until her death in 1928. The house was opened to the public by Terry's daughter Edith Craig in 1929, as a memorial to her mother. Craig also established a barn theatre in the house's grounds. The National Trust took over the property when she died in 1947. The house contains many personal and theatrical mementos. It is within the council area of Ashford (Kent).
