Short Heath, Staffordshire

Short Heath is a suburban village in Staffordshire. The village was formerly a centre for coal mining. It saw substantial post-war suburban development, to provide overspill housing from Willenhall to its south. Holy Trinity Church dates from 1855. The village is within the council area of Walsall.
