Shire Hall, Hertfordshire
The Shire Hall is a Georgian municipal building and courthouse in Fore Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire. The Shire Hall was originally used to accommodate the assembly rooms and courts for Hertfordshire. Hertfordshire County Council met here from 1889-1939. It continues to be used for a Magistrates' Court. It is within the council area of East Hertfordshire (Hertfordshire).
