Shell Island, Merionethshire

Shell Island (Welsh: Mochras) is a peninsula lying to the south of Llandanwg on the coast of Merionethshire. Mochras is known for the wide variety of seashells that wash up on the beach (hence its English name), and for its wild flowers. It is within the council area of Gwynedd.
