Shadwell, Somerset
Shadwell is a residential area on the northern side of Wincanton, Somerset. The area takes its name from an ancient well located on the road from Wincanton to Bruton. The well structure consists of a two arches with a pillar between upon which is mounted a large iron tap. The area is within the council area of Somerset.
