Rushden, Northamptonshire
Rushden is a town in Northamptonshire, close to the town of Higham Ferrers with which it is almost contiguous. Rushden's growth resulted from a number of industries, especially shoemaking and associated trades. Rushden Hall is the oldest domestic building in the town. The town is within the council area of North Northamptonshire.
