Rosehearty, Aberdeenshire

Rosehearty is a village and burgh on the Moray Firth coast of Aberdeenshire, four miles west of the town of Fraserburgh. According to local legend, the village which is now Rosehearty was founded by a group of shipwrecked Danes in the 14th century. The village is within the council area of Aberdeenshire.
