Ringmoor, Dorset

Ringmoor is an enclosed Iron Age farmstead situated on Bell Hill near Turnworth, Dorset. The farmstead survives as an oval enclosure measuring approximately 140ft long by 110ft wide and defined by a bank standing up to 16ft wide and 4ft high. Beyond the enclosure and preserved as a series of earthworks is part of the associated regular aggregate field system. It is within the council area of Dorset.
