Richards Castle, Herefordshire
Richards Castle is the remains of a motte-and-bailey castle in the village of the same name in Herefordshire. It was built by the Norman knight Richard Scrob before 1051, a rare motte-and-bailey castle built before the Conquest. It is within the council area of County of Herefordshire.
