Rhos-on-Sea, Denbighshire
Rhos-on-Sea is a seaside resort in Denbighshire. The resort developed from the late 19th century around the small coastal settlement of Rhos Fynach, site of the 6th-century St Trillo's Chapel and a mediæval fishing weir. It is now often considered a single settlement with the nearby village of Llandrillo-yn-Rhos, though the latter more properly comprises the area around the 13th-century St Trillo's Church. It is within the council area of Conwy.
