Reaskmore Penal Altar Site, Tyrone
Reaskmore Penal Altar Site is a secluded space where Mass was celebrated during Penal times, located in the townland of Clogherny, County Tyrone. The site is at the base of a south-east facing slope, a shallow scoop with trees, left uncultivated in otherwise cultivated ground. No stone altar survives. The monument is in the care of the Department for Communities. The monument is within the council area of Mid Ulster.
