Raglan Castle, Monmouthshire

Raglan Castle (Castell Rhaglan) is a late mediæval castle located north of the village of Raglan in Monmouthshire. The castle dates from between the 15th and early 17th centuries, when the successive ruling families of the Herberts and the Somersets created a luxurious, fortified castle. It is in the care of Cadw. It is within the council area of Monmouthshire.
