Quoile Castle, Down

Quoile Castle is a ruined late 16th-century tower house, located on the south bank of the River Quolie in the townland of Quoile, County Down. It is built of split-stone rubble with sandstone dressings. It is rectangular in plan with 3 floors and probably an attic. The monument is in the care of the Department for Communities. The monument is within the council area of Newry, Mourne and Down.
