Quarry Bank Mill, Cheshire

Quarry Bank Mill (aka Styal Mill) is one of the best preserved textile factories of the Industrial Revolution, located near Styal, Cheshire. A weaving and cotton spinning mill, it was built in 1784 for Irish industrialist Samuel Greg. It has been in the care of the National Trust since 1939. It is within the council area of Cheshire East.
