Pumpherston, Midlothian

Pumpherston is a former village which is now an urban area in Livingston, in the civil parish of Mid Calder in Midlothian. The new town of Livingston was constructed to the west of Pumpherston in the late 1960s and quickly grew to incorporate Pumpherston in its wider urban settlement. Pumpherston is within the council area of West Lothian
